Various news stories of moderate interest. Bearing in mind that these all came from online news services so are probably vastly erroneous in one way or another. Anyway, a pillow fight in San Francisco (though apparently "The Pillow Fight Club" originated in Britain), papers working with Newton and sending a message in a bottle as littering.
On a more serious note (or rather notes), Australians are apparently the world's most gullible people (did anyone not receive at least one email along this vein in the last week?) and there big threats to the rights of artists (especially writers) in America. (Which may affect us as well, given the way the government is merrily leading this country down to Hell. Well, to the US. But then, America, Hell, where's the difference?)
